These river Agate come from Brazil and received both their color and the “polish” naturally. During transportation in the river, the clay and mud polished the Agate very slowly and over a long period of time until it achieved this natural high-gloss polish. The color of the Agate is caused by the river water, iron oxide dyed these Agate in their typical yellow-brown color (inside they are mainly Chalcedony gray-blue).

So: An Agate that was polished naturally (not by human hands)!
